RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want our customers to be satisfied, so we’re more than happy to provide refunds within 48 hours of purchase if your tiles are damaged, defective or wrongly supplied. We do ask that if goods are returned, they are in their original condition and accompanied by any packaging that they arrived in. Unfortunately, specially ordered stones, stones that have already been laid, altered or damaged cannot be returned, so make sure to take the appropriate precautions when selecting your stone.
